The name Hai Beauty, the Hai Beauty logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Hai Beauty Co LLC or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to: modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Website; delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices; or use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site.
Engagement for professional Services requires a separate written service agreement, statement of work, or engagement letter executed by both parties. Client agrees to provide reasonable cooperation, information, and access to systems necessary for Hai Beauty Co LLC to perform the agreed Services. Client acknowledges that delays in providing required cooperation or information may impact project timelines and may result in additional costs.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of a service engagement. Confidential information includes but is not limited to business plans, technical specifications, trade secrets, client data, financial information, and system credentials. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of the service agreement.
The fees for our Services are specified in the applicable service agreement, statement of work, or proposal provided to the Client. Unless otherwise stated in the service agreement:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hai Beauty Co LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Website or Services.
The total liability of Hai Beauty Co LLC for any claims arising under these Terms of Service or related to the provision of Services, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Hai Beauty Co LLC for the specific Services that gave rise to the claim during the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
